**If you are an athlete during the spring season, DO NOT register for this. In-season training is integrated into your sports practices. Students in Strength Classes should also refrain from registering, as they will be engaged in very similar workouts, and we will have limited space available.**
This season will differ slightly due to increased activity with spring sports using the gyms. We will be starting our warm-ups at 3:20 in various locations each week (cafeteria, gymnastics gym, south gym, etc.). Please ensure you are following the Instagram @TRWarriorStrength for location updates. Weekly schedules will also be posted outside the Weight Room door.
